Plum, Tomato,Tomato & Ginger or Tomato & Passionfruit, Tomato Chutney - Top of the Range Tomatoes from Guyra are used in them all Melon & Ginger, we grow the melons and Bundaberg growns the ginger Melon & Lemon, more of our melons Fig & Almond, Fig & Ginger or just plain Fig - all made from local Figs Wild Blackberry - from the farms in the area, gathered in season and made as we need. Peach Cherry Boysenberry, from Lee's Berry Farm, just 5k's down the road Raspberry, from Mrs Cunninghames plot Youngberry, from Lee's Berry Farm, just 5k's down the road Blueberry Apricot Mixed Berry Pineapple & Passionfruit Cherry North American Brambleberry - the cultivated, thornless blackberry - enjoy this on your scones! Great honey from our local apiarists - an ever changing selection as the seasons deliver different honey! Stringy Bark, Iron Bark, Yellow Box, Blue topped Iron Bark are some of the range generally available. Marmalade made from all Australian Fruit - yes, it's too cold to grow citrus in Glen Innes so we have to source fruit from milder climates! Orange, Lemon, Mandarin and Three Fruits (orange, Lemon & Grapefruit) Syrups - great on icecream, over pancakes or your own home made cheesecake... yum! Raspberry - Strawberry - Blackberry - North American Brambleberry Tomato Sauce - a favourite with everyone but it doesn't tase like the one in the stores! Guyra tomatoes again!
